Dear Sir,
Referring to the interview which the undersigned had with you this morning, we have pleasure in offering you 75.000 tons of our Large Steam Coal for delivery over next year, this quantity to include any arrears which have not been delivered on the 1st January 1916. The price for the new quantity to be 24/- per ton net fob ; all other conditions the same as our existing contract with the exception of the terms of payment which are to be net cash in 14 days or cash against invoice less 1/4% at your option.
This offer will remain open until Friday next the 3rd prox.
